Android keyboard

I want my Android application to be a keyboard very similar to the qwerty one but the letters to be arranged in 3 groups. This is the only difference. After that I need some code from me to be integrated in that application. I will offer in private all the details. I made 2 changes!!! The first one is that I need the application for Android 2.2 instead of 2.3 and the second one is that I want the code to be commented. Other questions that you have feel free to ask me! Thank you!
