Android / Web Augmented Reality App

Please see attached doc for app layout. This app will interface with a Website for Map completion and advanced options, along with download of new maps by users.? This website and database will also be completed by you. Phones will download and create location based maps for an educational purpose. Android section and DotNet website / database ## Deliverables App will create and load (from web download) Data Set files and place them on a Live Camera View overlay of the Phone Screen.? The phone use will be in the vertical position using the top half of the screen for the Live Video display with Thumbtacks or icons at each data point location.? When a data point or POI comes into contact with the center square of the viewing window or a user taps on it with his finger, the data from that POI will display on the lower half of the screen.? The data may include a web link, phone number, Audio file, picture file, video file, and in the future a 3d animation or 3d model. The phone will be used by many different users so the login and User Interaction will have to expect a new user every session. ? The Web Portal will display the Admin approved Public Maps, and display a full US style Google Map api with icons at each public tour gps location.? Upon click of a icon a Map Info page will appear or flash style overlay popup.? On user login from web portal, a user can complete their Map from the user control panel.? They will have access to their uploaded (from mobile device) maps that need to be completed.? Once a map is finished it can be submitted to admin for Public display on the home page map and in the Map download directory.? ? ? We can also explore a sync system on user account between the web portal login and mobile login where a user can add Maps from web portal to their Sync folder and when they login from the mobile device their web sync folder is downloaded to the mobile device and the inprogress maps are uploaded to web portal. We would like user comments and stats on the public user submitted Maps on the web portal. We would like to export a temp public status on a user submitted map, with a temp status until Admin approves or denies it.? Also a message should appear to the user control panel displaying admin approved or denied map and comment. We would like to explore a web visual display of the maps for public and admin review purposes.
