Ajax order form for Joomla needed(repost)

Hi, I need four nice Web 2.0 AJAX based order form? designed to process orders on a Joomla 1.5 web site.? There will be four separate forms for? four web design packages for sale on the web site.? Each package will have slightly different order form and checkout process. When people order a webdesign package online, we'll need to collect some details and process the payment through a 3rd party gateway. We will be using [login to view URL] as a payment processor.? We will also need a live "search for domain name" feature to have on all four forms.? The two cheaper packages will have users to enter all the texts they want to have on the web site, as well as upload images for us.? The other two packages will link to a form that will collect the contact details, credit card numbers, domain name etc - this will get emailed to us to arrange a meeting.? We're looking for someone to design a nicely styled web 2.0 form and take care of all the coding.?
