Advanced Web Design on a Budget

I am planning the design of a fairly advanced personal website. (probably involving flash or html5)

This project will be for the initial design of the website - however if done for the right price, and a great job/easy to work with - then I will have lots more updating and other projects to do with you.

The main page will be password protected for 10 days. So only people with the password (which I provide) can log into see the site - a "pre-launch" type feature. After the pre-launch, the password protected area will disappear and the site will just function normally.

The site will actually be a fairly simple site - however it will require a bit of advanced design work (i.e. something moves as the visitor moves their cursor)

Also - there will be links - and each link will have a short "video introduction" (videos will be supplied by me) before moving to the actual page.

For the initial launch - I am thinking approximately 5 or 6 pages.

I want this done on a very strict budget - with someone who will do unlimited revisions, in a timely manor. Understanding english is very important for me to work with someone.

Please post your bid - timeline - and a portfolio of sample websites you've done in the past that involve similar features.

The site must come with a simple to use Content Management System for updating text, photos, videos, etc.

When you bid - please include a copy of website that you have built where there is an example of movement on the page based on the movement of the visitors cursor.
