Advanced Android Application Development

This bid is for an Android application. Please see the attached screenshots and description for complete details. This project was already started by another coder, so it's probably about 50% finished already. I've attached the existing source code, along with the original system specification and screen mockups. I essentially need you to finish what has been started. This includes: 1) Matching the design mockups exactly. Currently, many buttons are not correctly styled, fonts are not quite the correct sizes, the ratings stars are a bit too small, etc... essentially, I want you to visually improve this application so that it's much more like my design mockups. 2) Fixing all bugs, and ensuring compatibility with a lower Android SDK. There are no advanced features in this app, so making this Android 1.5-compatible should be possible. It should also run correctly on an Android 2.x device. 3) Implement any missing features from the screenshots. I think that about 50% of the features, and much of the interface design, has already been completed. *************** PLEASE COMPLETELY READ the attached documents! They clearly explain what I want, with all features, design considerations, etc. I've gotten several comments from coders with comments like "What should the application look like?" and "Should there be a database?" etc... which clearly indicates that they did not review my attached requirements. *************** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
