CubeCart Template Design(repost)

I need a creative, resourceful and experienced individual to design me a professional looking ecommerce template/skin for Cube Cart. You must have experience in using Cube Cart, PHP and MySQL database as you will also need to do small changes on the category and product view pages. The template must auto adjust to the screen resolution of the viewer with no scroll bar on the bottom of page to see the rest of the page. The template must work in all internet browsers correctly. If you are interested I will provide a URL that I want my template/skin clone or copy from. I do not need an exact copy but the link should give you a good understanding of what I want. I will also need to have several cube cart mods installed too. You must be able to communicate using msn messager. I will need a daily report on progress of the work you are completing. I would like to have the template completed in 15 days Payment as follows using escrow ??" A 1/3 escrow payment to start project A 1/3 escrow payment once I have a working template.
