Author Rel Image Not Showing Up

Hello, I have the author rel tag set up on my website and it is not showing across all pages. Part of my website is in Wordpress but I have thousands of other pages not in Wordpress. The image shows successfully in the search engines when one of my Wordpress pages is ranked. However, when one of my PHP pages (not in Wordpress) is ranked, no author image shows up. All pages are on the same domain, however, their structures are different, i.e. [login to view URL] (in Wordpress and shows the author image) [login to view URL] (PHP but does not show the author image) You can PM me to see my site. Please respond with the word AUTHOR and your bid to fix this and have the author image show for all pages of my site. Payment is contingent on the image showing in the search results. Thanks!
