Custom Plugin Funtionality - Profile Matches

You be able to make it so that if an administrator goes to [login to view URL] page, hits edit profile on one of the users and then has a drop down menu to select other users they can see as matches. You can have up to 10 matches available which shows their avatar, name, email and phone number. Then when the user logs in they can go to [login to view URL] and see their matches. Of course, if a user/subscriber logs into the site, they will not be able to change who they can see from the edit profile link on this page: [login to view URL]
