Create a Wordpress Template

I am thinking of building a wordpress plugin that allows users to build location pages for local business websites. The closest thing out there is [login to view URL] Our plugin will also be connected to a mobile app so that user can "check-in" to locations and have those status updates automatically appear on the relevant location page. For example, a plumber doing a job in Pleasanton, California would check in from the job via the app and the app would know the address the user is at and publish the plumber's update on his Pleasanton page on his site. If he serves many different cities, he'll have many different location pages that can be updated. See how the content appears on [login to view URL] in the lower right-hand column (screenshot of section attached)? If you look at the other location pages on this site like [login to view URL] you will see different content in that section. This content is generated by an employee who is servicing a customer at the customer's home. So the employee opens up a mobile app that uses GPS to know what their location is. They submit a status message like "Fixed air conditioner" and that gets uploaded to the relevant location page. So if the customer's home was in Autaugaville, the status update would appear on [login to view URL] If the customer's home was in Montgomery then the status update would appear on [login to view URL]
