We would like to see a flat file image for the front page to get an idea of the site layout and form, same image you would see in a site template selection website Unlimited revisions of any part of the site must be accepted by the freelancer as we determine the design, layout and function of any part of the site. I MUST STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS !! failure in excellent timely communications will be grounds for stopping the project and cancelling the freelancer. WE NEED SOMEONE THAT IS AVAILABLE DURING MOUNTAIN TIME USA BUSINESS HOURS so we can actively talk and work out the site. we will be constantly checking the responsiveness on tablets and phones. the site must be complete in 1 weeks time.
