Captcha Posting Application

I need to help on creating a webpage for decoding captcha images. Captcha needs to petch from the external url and display on my web page. After we solve the captcha. We need to send back by post method (curl). Its kind of captcha decoding however. My requirement is to get captcha and display it on my page and send answer back to the external website. And finally. I am a Novice PHP programmer. If you can teach how everything works. I will really appreciate your help. Please bid only PHP programmers.
