Build a simple note taking web application page

Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to develop a simple web page that will allow me to take notes of blog posts. How it should work is as follows: 1. If I highlight text on a blog post, it will pop up a button titled, "Add note" next to it. If I click add note, then the input box next to the post will be selected so I can type the note in. When I type the note in, it will add it to the list of notes below and reference that note to the post and the section of the text I highlighted. 2. When the note is added, the note will also be added to the Master Notes section on the right side of the notes section. The Master Notes will be all the UNIQUE notes for all articles for the category of the blog posts. 3. Clarification on categories: The blog post should have one category referenced to it. That category will serve to fill up the Master Notes. So, whenever I view the page, I can only see blog posts belonging to one category. 4. When hovering on a note in the Notes section (Not Master Notes section), I should be able to delete the note. 5. I should be able to sort the notes on the Notes Section and the Master Notes section. 6. I should be able to click on a note and it will move the page to the section of the blog post where it is referenced. When clicked, the section should be higlhlighted in yellow. What you should NOT have to do: - I already create a bootstrap template. You don't need to recreate. - I don't need to be able to add blog posts. I can do that directly on the database table. I just need it to have, at a minimum: content, title, create_date, author, and category. When I view the page, I should be able to select category like this: [login to view URL]
