Build a Website and database (very hard project)

Good day - and PLEASE - read very carefully before you bid, feel free to ask any questions. This is a very low cost project, I only have small budget to start, 30 USD. We need a website build for a company, 3-4 presentation pages, nothing hard here. We need a login panel for employees and admins ( admin will make the other users since there will be just under 5 total users) Here, we will need to log the company activity and based on this, admins should be able to track everything down easy , excel like, have rapports, see how much money every client is providing or every employee. How this would work? employee will log on the website, see his balance ( money that he earned from all the transactions) and have 3 options. * Add new client/customer ( he will receive 1% of all the transactions done trough that client ). * Add new transaction. * Edit existing transactions ( not delete them, instead we can have inactive transactions, or cancelled status - marking them as grey will be nice to have) The database should contain: - Date - when the transaction is completed - Order number ( if the employee name is John Smith , a order number is automatically provided by the system, that start with initials, JS100, and starts from 100, not from 0 ) - load location - unload location - load seller - transporter - currency ( only need 2) - money in ( that will be paid by the load seller) - money out ( that we will pay to the transporter) - profit ( money in minus money out minus 15 ) Below is a small excel so you see what I need: [login to view URL] The hard part starts now. The admin will monitor these transactions, when the Seller pays the transaction, the admin should be able to write the date when it was paid and the transaction will get marked green. Once this happens , the employee that made the transaction will get 10% of the Profit tab. Also another 1% will be allocated to the employee that added the seller and transporter to our database. Every employee should be able to track his entire progress, see what transactions he has, mostly see the ones that are not green , so he knows to call the customers. Hope I was specific enough. Feel free to ask me anything to clear things up for you. Once the website is completed, in 2-3 months will will need more to do added to it, so we are looking for a longer term deal with the same person. Considering the low budget, we can wait a bit longer for this to be completed, however I believe this is only a few hours of work for a smart programmer.
