Dear Freelancers, I want to develop a educational computer institute website. I am open to suggestions for the technology and hosting so please bid me with your best proposals. I want following services: 1. Online Student Registration and form will be activated by entering a key provided from office desk ,once the student has paid the fee at office counter or bank account. 2. Online Admit card print for student. 3. Online Papers for every computer courses, we can insert/delete/update the questions and can activate/deactivate the exams as per the need. 4. Online Results Display, field mandatory for students: Roll Number, Name and Date of Birth. 5. Certificate verification to detect whether the student is authorised of the institute or has a fake certificate. Any more, if need, we can discuss. I am open to suggestions, which one will be better, ASP.NET, wordpress, drupal or php. Please bid according for the prices too as I think, if you have a ready portal I can get that at a easy and low cost. Thanks.
