Broadband speed tester script required

I need a script for broadband speed test. There are many available for free. However I want the following to be done: 1. Should show the Upload speed 2. Should show the download speed 3. Time taken for downloading large packet 4. Time taken to download small packet 5. Should show the IP address from where the test is initiated 6. Should show the ISP of computer from the test is initiated 7. Should show the browser of computer/laptop/mobile from where the test is initiated Should show the number of tests done - Counter to be embedded. Backend report should show how many tests done, what ISP done from, what browsers used from and show the same in average on second page. Once done and shown on local machine, you will need to upload to my server and the whole script provided to us. I have the PSD file of the image we want to use so you don't need to design the same. Its a very small project and should be done in a days time.
