build a global social website

I am looking to create a new worldwide social website that offers people all over the world to express their criticism of social, political, economic, military, environmental and financial malpractices/dishonesty/secrecy with a view to expose how people are exploited/deceived by the vested interests and media propaganda/disinformation and how the planet is being destroyed by the self interest of governments, institutions, organisations, corporations etc. For this purpose I am looking initially for one or two experienced programmers/internet experts who can put my concept into a fully operational global social website. It must be possible for people from all over the world to post their criticism including supporting pictures/videos/documents. A simple login similar to twitter will be required. This will enable anyone to see what's been posted on a national, regional or global basis. Posts will in turn be accessible via an index of subjects. I am looking for people who see this as a long term participation that would eventually become a fully remunerated full time job/directorship. This is a global project so national barriers don't apply. If eventually offices are required we will decide which country would be most suitable resp. least interfering.
