Design a PROFESSIONAL LOOKING App Skin for a VB project.

This is an example form for a VB project (a mockup) due to be built and I am looking for a designer with excellent design and ergonomic skills who can make an application skin. 1. The application will be used by financial advisers and the legal profession so it must look PROFESSIONAL. 2. The skin needs to be workable on a VB form having option buttons checkboxes, scrollbars and other common occurring VB controls (these can also be skinned too but you will need to make them so I can use them in the VB project) 3. We are not committed to green but I’d prefer it for now. I will need to be able to use a simple graphics application (or you can do this for me as a separate rentacoder assignment for a pre-agreed cost per skin colour) to re skin the application in a new colour. 4. When you design command buttons, I will need the blank templates for these and the font name so further buttons with alternate captions can be made later in the project development. Please take a look at the setup program for Windows Media Centre in Windows XP Media Edition. This is the perfect interface I would like but I do appreciate this is in Flash and not VB, but the movement and ergonomics of impressive. Can you do this in a VB project? All the VB forms take information from the user and VB then processes it in some way and some of the processes used are outside the scope of Flash. I would like to see some examples of your previous work or some idea of you intentions before I can accept your bid. I also seek your ideas in the graphic layout and design of the application in general. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
