Create Two Email Templates

I need two email templates created for use on the [login to view URL] email platform. Both statements should adopt the look and branding of my website: www.valueavereager.com. The ValueAverager swoosh and logo should be worked into the templates. I want these templates to really look good (whereas the design of my site is quite plain). I want my emails to look really great. The first template is for the periodic statements that will be sent to ValueAverager users. I've attached a crude mock up of how I want the information to be organized (it's the one that have five boxes). I'd like you to use this as your model and make it look great. The second template will be a generic one that is used to send other emails to ValueAverager members. (also attached) To complete this project, I'd like you to take the time to understand the site and how it works. You can register and try it out. Finally, I want you to be creative and I want you to have a sense of what I'm trying to accomplish here. I will pick one that I like and provide feedback. 3. Then you implement my comments and create both a statement and generic template. 4. I will review again to make sure there are no problems. 5. You provide the finalized Photoshop files plus a version in a more readable format (I don't have PhotoShop) like bmp or jpg All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
