Convert HTML Template to Wordpress Theme

This project entails the conversion of an HTML template to a Wordpress Theme for a 5 page website. Please read this entire description and follow all instructions when placing your bid. The Wordpress theme will include adapting the HTML template to accommodate 4 different layouts for the main content section of the template to be used for 5 different pages. There is nothing unusual about this HTML template - HTML with CSS. The Wordpress theme must be standards compliant with no "hacks" or workarounds, and must use normal Wordpress administrative functions to edit content in the content and sidebar sections of the website pages. Widgets are allowable as long as they do not require the use of 3rd party software outside of the Wordpress environment for editing content. Theme must allow for addition of pages in the future, and editing of menus as website grows. HTML template will be provided to winning bidder. Please use the words "Fox Barn" in PM when bidding. If you ignore this instruction, I will ignore your bid. My maximum budget is $100 for this project, so I will ignore any bids higher than this. Winning bidder will be chosen based on experience and price. I am looking for someone experienced with Wordpress and theme creation.
