Concept Logo (581809)

I am looking for a concept design logo for my new company. The logo needs to capture a lot of different elements while maintaining simplicity. It needs to EITHER be colorful (ala Google, eBay), OR it needs to be distinctive enough that it can be done in different colors. It needs to be DIFFERENT from google and eBay, not a copy of either! It also needs to capture other elements such as an hi-lighter pen. There will also be a tag line of about 5 words that can be made to be a part of the logo. I have more ideas, but before I say more I'd like to see what you can come up with in terms of a concept. The person with the best concept wins! Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
