Our company is an online Real Estate [url removed, login to view] need a smart modern graphic designer.
We need to convert a word document with attached images to a Brochure Document (magazine style) Document needs to be a print quality PDF and eps file.
Word document is 18 pages of text content with approximately 12 images to include.
Designer needs to use our company existing logos and colours and to rearrange text into magazine style quality.
Brochure needs to be also done in HTML and a small sized PDF or similar file that can be easy to email.(Documents need the ability for us to edit when required if possible)
Brochure needs to look modern and easy to read.
We also need six postcard size double sided FLYERS designed. Content and logo will be supplied.
Need three images to be converted to an illustration (Photo of car with driver waving to be converted to a cartoon like image)
Companies need not apply we prefer individuals
Work needs to be done immediately.
