Change Frontpage website graphics and CSS

Hello-- I need some some simple graphics changed on a Microsoft Frontpage website I have. I want to change the light blue to gold, and the font colors to gray vs. navy blue. I have it hosted on a demo site: <[login to view URL]> I will provide you a temporary password to access the site in Frontpage so you can make the changes right there. I want the color scheme to be more like <[login to view URL]> 1) Background changed to a slightly lighter shade of gold than the solo-e site. The graphics are in pieces as .gif and .jpg in the image folder and need to be changed. This goes for the blue tick/checkmarks and the pencil background too. 2) change the css sheet to make the navy blue color fonts the dark gray, so when I add add'l pages the fonts and colors will automatically be the same 3) I would like a simple logo for "The Resume Writing Bootcamp" to appear lower on the page. 4) Other changes that you think might be good? I am not crazy about the pencil they used, maybe there is another one? This is a very simple project for someone to do, I'm just not good with graphics! As far as bids, I tend to pick bidders who can personalize their response to me a little bit, and perhaps show me similar samples.
