CMS Shop System Design Coding

I need a unique Design that works as the named site above but shold been unique. - Unique - Responsive (if possible) - Easy to use - Clean and modern - Must show the sales and the Price 2. A simple CMS or Admin Dashboard - Manage Themes / Manage Prices / Texts etc. 3. Search - Am open for ideas but a must is (New / Popular / Most Saled) 4. Licencing - As seen on the other site Single / Multible / Extendend Licence 5. Item Attributes - Attributes should been easy to add in Admin Area - Should work with the search 6. Batches - If someone has sold 5000 pices or somehting like that i want to give him a badge. That means in the backend i would like to add different badges and asign that to the users. 7. Users - I want to manage each seller. - NOTE: i dont need user to register there i only manage it!! - Unique ID, i want to manage the users in the backend like ad badge, give him rating etc. 8. Rating - On each template should been a comment box / rating box where the user can enter his comment / rating. The comment mus been manuall aprooved by admin. - Special Field / Box in Backend to say "Paying User" / "Test User" 9. Secret Download - Unique Download Link for each order - The client how order theme has only 2 tries to download the theme and max 1 day to do that. That should be shown on the "Thank you Page" - Must been work with digistore24 (attached IPN) 10. Payment Provider - Digistore24 (IPN Attached if you need more information feel free to ask) 11. Selling - Like the named site on top - Should been saved into dropbox or [login to view URL] The site must be w3c conform.
