I do not actually want to bid, I just want to warn you of hiring BestWebDev28. He is now at 45 days on a 15 day project, has come up with several excuses. Asked me to release a milestone to initiate work which now I cannot dispute as I have released it and he will not engage me on a refund considering after 45 days I've not seen as much as a screenshot of work.
