Build new backend for a portal

Hi, we need a new backend for my portal [login to view URL] Here you can find the key features (then by pm we can talk of details): - manage alle the informations available - manage sponsorship in the top page of each restraurant page (for example, [login to view URL] - as you can see in the top page, there is the sponsorship "Scheda sponsorizzata da: Azienda Vinicola La Rasenna") - manage sponsorship in the right column of the portal - manage many levels of authentication - all the messages to restaurants will be visible in the backend (and a notification email will be sent to the restaurant) - create a booking platform for table reservation; all bookings are visible in the backend (and a notification email will be sent to the restaurant) - create a system that allows the include of particual offers (like groupon etc) - track every single access to the page of each restaurant, giving even some stats like daily/weekly visits - create a payment module so the restaurants will pay subscription - create an archive for news, events, menus, and dishes - modify the google maps integration - multilanguage (italian, english) - create a module that allows the restaurant to insert traductions (visible in the restaurant page online in the portal) - usable and catchy interface In particular, for the booking platform, we need these features: - this script wil be redistributable, so I can offer the possibility to book tables to third parties websites, adding a widget or something else in their pages - the graphic of this script will be usable and catchy - for the third parties interface, I'd like something like [login to view URL] (search for region, province, city, cuisine, disabled access); after search, it will be the results listing: clicking on a result the surfer will be redirected to the restaurant page; it will be preferrable that this part of the script will be customisable, so we can enable or disable some search filters - for the booking in my portal, I want something like [login to view URL] - users that book a table may have the possibility to alter/delete the reservation Probably all these changes for the backend need some integrations in the frontend, so we'd like that the backend will be developed with symfony (because we've developed frontend with this framework)
