WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS Category: Social Description: theSystem is a webpage that will post and share different kind of events including nightlife events in the first place, concerts, festivals, movies (public movie nights, cinema events, theater events) that take place in site territory and the neighbourhood. The site must have the client page where all the clients will access and see all the events and the admin (webmaster) side where all the stuff can be managed. Global Requirements 1. The site must be responsive and fit perfectly with every device 2. As it is an event page specifically for night events, the design has to adopt with the page content. 3. If possible, develop the site using JavaEE Framework 4. Communication with social networks such as facebook,twitter, instagram etc Specifications Homepage needs to be clear and simple, not overwhelming with a lot of information. First of all the navigation bar will have the categories, top left hand-side is the logo of the page, right hand-side will be the sign in and register links (this includes signing in with facebook functionality), and there should be a search bar somewhere in the navigation bar. Next is the event-slider. The event slider will slide-show images of the most popular upcoming events. There will be approximately 4-5 images which will appear in the event-slider, they should switch every 3-4 seconds automatically and manually by clicking left or right where the user can explore them manually. The page body is where we will display some more events compared to the event-slider. This will contain more events, regarding on their popularity (this means showing those events ranking from the number of people who are attending the event). If the user is logged in (subscriber), then this part should me separated in two parts. First the user will see the events of those publishers whom he has subscribed to (I.e following the publisher), but he should also be able to see the events showing up by their popularity. The footer will contain additional information such as : • Event Section: Browse events by by date, events this weekend, events this week, events this month • References with social networks like facebook, twitter, instagram, google + etc. • Contact Us • Section for the sponsors
