CD Based HTML E-course front end

This project is to create a CD autorun file, splash HTML screen and HTML content template that can be easily updated with data contained in an Excel spreadsheet. We have a catalog of over 65 e-learning courses that we offer on the Internet. We now have the requirement to package each one of these courses on their own cd. E.g. 65 Courses ??" 65 Cd’s. These courses run in a browser, whether on the internet or from CD. They are HTML and Flash based. To do accomplish this task we need some customizations in order to make the user experience of running the courses from CD, verses the internet smoothly. The idea is when a user inserts the course cd in their drive, it will auto run…their web browser will open to the “splash?? page. The user will then click to go to the course overview page and then start the course. Your job is to create: 1. Autorun file 2. Splash html template 3. Course overview html template (with the ability to input content from excel) This project requires both programming and design skills. See the attached PDF for a visual explanation with the tasks that I am looking to accomplish via a RAC coder highlighted in yellow. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The project deliverables need to autrun from a cd on both PC's and Macs and on both IE and Firefox.
