Bismillah we like to have a complete unique (not standard) website for our IT company "[url removed, login to view]". the website should be available in three languages. content of pages will be delivered by us. we also need some flash elements that are displayed in the website (e.g. header, banner, etc). you should install, configurate and run a professional content management system on our webserver. unique and creative template and styles has to be programed. useful modules (e.g. newsletter, anti- spam, etc.) implemented. the website should be very creative and professional. we want also a unique (and not standard) flash intro for our company website. the intro must be creative and professional. what should be the aim of this intro? (1) branding of company name: [url removed, login to view] our company slogan: IT-Netzwerk mit Pfiff (2) expertises in different domains: Healthcare, Automotive, Chemicals, Industrial Services, Logistics, Media, Software, Telecom, Travel & Tourism, IT, etc. (3) excellent communication skills and language skills in german, english, french, spanish, arabic, etc. (4) having a multinational team with specialists world- wide. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
