YOUR FIRST PROJECT: Create a Professional Flash Banner for one of my mockups. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: 1-) Professional Quality Work. 2-) Affordable 3-) Fast Turn Around BEFORE YOU BID READ BELOW CAREFULLY: If I like your bid and your Portfolio You will be allowed to Login to our Content Management system (CMS) to upload the flash banner there. I like flash banners that different level of animation and Not stuck on one cookie cutter format. You will be responsible to make sure that the flash banner size is correct match our template size requirement.
