Create Flash Movie

We have some WAV audio files and a script, we want someone to use the audio files and create flash movies (FLA and SWF) files. You will need to be able to: * Recode audio as appropriate to make the file size as small as possible whilst keeping the audio quality. * Adjust the audio to insert pauses or split the files to keep a consistent flow while training the viewer of the movies. * Source and provide related imagery * Create a professional looking movie * Be responsible for what content gets shown on screen, it is important that key points of the script are shown in writing onscreen as well as being spoken. You must find the key points and write them therefore being fluent in both written and oral English is a must. Before bidding please read the requirement, I'm not looking for a website or anything related to that, all I want is Flash FLA and SWF movie files. I've included a zip file here with the following: * Audio files for one module * PDF? document with more detailed specification and information. * Sample SWF files of existing training * Script for one of the modules Please ask should you require any more information. ## Deliverables **Purpose:** This is content for a training package, the end user will listen and watch the SWF movies to learn the material we are presenting to them. It will be used in educational environments. These new SWF files will be called from three individual loader files named "inbound sales", "outbound sales" and "customer service".? The loader screens will list all the sub topics, allow the user to tick one or many of the sub topics then play them. The loader uses the actionscript command loadmovie to load the movie, once the move has finished playing (_currentFrame = _totalFrame) the loader unloads it and presents the user with a finished message whilst saving tracking and scoring information to our database.? The menu system will be created by our internal developers and will not be made until the content SWF files have been finished. We are developing it internally because it links into our custom LMS - it is rather complex and way beyond the scope of this project to explain and expect a developer to plug content directly into it.? Another reason this won't be made until the SWF content is finished is that the colours and design will be taken from the SWF content. To summarise all we are looking for are SWF movies that play uninterrupted from start to finish. **Functional Requirement** Each SWF will play the relevant audio files (supplied) one after the other simultaneously without any user interaction. All content such as audio and images must be embed to the SWF, no dynamic loading of content at run time. The supplied audio will be in WAV format so need to be compressed into another 'smaller' format, also chopping of the WAV's to enable a good pace of audio for training will be required. During the audio you will have to create bullet points and key data from the provided scripts, the bullet points help the learner comprehend what is being spoken about.? We don't require every word spoken to be show on screen, rather just a summary of sentences.? A good comprehension of the English language is mandatory for this project in order for you to be able to identify the key topic areas. Alongside the bullet points you will create, we would like images and animation too, this will break up from just text onscreen.? Relevant images and animations are essential, for example when speaking about telephone headsets an image of a telephone headset shows on screen or animation of telephone ringing (vibrating) and someone picking up the receiver. **Graphical Requirements** We require a modern / professional appearance to all the SWF.? I have provided some sample content we already use, I don't want these files replicated they were provided to show the balance between audio / bullet points and images that our clients have come to expect. Copyright of any images and animations must allow us to use them in a product we sell for profit, they cannot contain any copyright logo's or ownership text.? We also cannot give credit to the creator of the image in any way though our product or documentation. We must retain the right to distribute the images as we see fit without any restriction. **Content breakdown** Some content from the modules are replicated in others, in these cases you do not need to create another file containing the same audio - one file used two places is sufficient.
