Coming Soon Site Dev. for ESL site-Flash and Photoshop Necessary

Hello there. Thanks for viewing my request. I am developing an extraordinary site for people learning English as a second language at the intermediate and advanced levels. I want to establish a coming soon/sneak peek webpages. Flash is required and graphic design may also be required as I’ll be asking you to animate the icon using only the one picture that I give you. Also, people should be able to sign up to receive e-mails when the site is updated. This assignment will also involve inserting features that allows someone to scroll over a word in an article and have a definition or explanation come up as well as words with simple links to other pages. Successful completion of this project may lead to a more intensive on-going project with developing the website.
