Bylaser - Flash and Joomla

My company requires the redesign of our website : "bylaser.com.au" .We need two versions joomla/mambo and [login to view URL] will supply a business flash template from [login to view URL] shall require ownership of all final files for later access to [login to view URL] Joomla/Mambo part of the site needs to have a simmilar design ( colors , links etc) to the flash [login to view URL] supply access to existing projects you designed both Joomla and [login to view URL] payment on [login to view URL] content of the site will remain identical with the existing [login to view URL] content needs to be transfered in the Flash version and the supplied template modified to fit our company ( logo,buttons,links contact form including script access and maybe a search function)
