Build a Intelligence project model

I need someone to help build a project and sales knowledge system that I can integrated on my website. [[login to view URL]][1] or [[login to view URL]][2] (if there are problems). I am build some new P2P software that are going on the market in the next month or so. I got request from many customers and companies allready and I need a intellingence system with a database, that are based on the salesmodel, so I can put informations in every entry of the model, so a customer or company can see the phases and add information to the project or case. I need template that I can change and put in very easy. The system has to search and when it's get more intelligence, I want the system to find information in the database and give information of previous project or cases. I would like it to be on MySql and fast with good input and search functionalities. Access will be from a browser and sercurity is very impotant, by a directory based an LDAD. I also need a redesign of the graphics of both models and some change in the text, can be flash or jpg, what is best looking. I am open for good solutions and I need it 3 weeks from now. I don't known the price, but give me a fair offer, if i am wrong about the price for this kind of project. If the job is done well, there will come more good projects from my site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
