Build A Dolphin (Boonex) Community

Hello Coders. I have the beginnings of an online community (built with Dolphin/Ray Boonex, on linux, php, mysql) which I need to customise, add lots of features and special programmes to, and generally get up and running. Think: facebook meets bebo. It is basically a community site which will allow social networking, blogs, forums, an interactive quiz (which need to be built), user content and much much more - so I'm looking for someone who has really wide-ranging (and high-quality) skills. While, obviously, I will be the sole owner of the site and all its content, I'm looking for a coder who can work well as a team as I have lots of ideas but very little coding ability! I'm looking for a coder who: a) speaks a HIGH level of English. b) can get the job done quickly. c) is creative and can contribute in terms of the look of the site. d) has good time-keeping. I have a full-time job so will need to keep this project moving forward at all times. e) is meticulous - I need this site to look and operate perfectly f) has patience - I know exactly what my site will contain but I don't know much about computer programming. The work will be broken down into weekly segments. Phew! Not much to ask then! BUT IT WILL BE A LOT OF WORK, so please don't contact me unless you are prepared to commit 100% and be kept busy by me! Also, you'll have to be patient with me as I'll be needing your input/advice as much as my own. Please let me know what sites you've built before (whether on Dolphin or not), a timeframe of how long you'd need, roughly, and - of course - a price. Please remember, I'm funding this site on my own, so don't have much money, however I will ensure any work done is fairly rewarded (bonuses etc). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Runs on Linux. PHP MYSQL Must be compatible on all internet browsers, windowsXP, windows vista, mac etc...
