Apollo/Flex P2P Video

We need a P2P Audio/Video Chat, in an Apollo/Flex application, that receives its data from either the query string in the address bar or through a web service from PHP or ASP.NET. The data will be an IP address and UserName (and a port number if a unique one is required for each connection) to whom the connection should be established. The address bar should not be visible. We would like each user to be able to establish as many P2P audio/video connections as possible. If you can include a text chat box in the window, that would be an incentive for us to choose you as the project developer. We will integrate this application into our social-networking site, so your code must be very well commented and easy to integrate and begin working with. We believe this application can be easily created using Apollo/Flex 2 with AS3, but just don't have the time to do it ourselves, as we have too much on our plates already. Hence your help is needed.
