Actionscript should display overlapping images to given timepoints (cue poined) and change background image to given timepoints (cue poined)

Hello!

I have a flv clip for what I need some timepoint depending manipulations to the runtime.

1. The clip itsself contains an actor on a transparent background. To save bandwidth I want to use a background image managed by an actionscript instead of rendering the clip with that new background before converting it to flv. (obviously flash isn't able to recognize no changing areas in a clip for a good compression). The cam perspective is changing sometimes while the clip is playing so the background image must be changed out dynamically to given cue points. It is very important that this action happens in the same timepoint (or near enough to it) so that the user who is watching the clip doesn't realize that this is a manipulation. And of course background and clip must start in the same timepoint.

2. I want to overlay external images on the movie with variable timepoint of start displaying and end displaying and variable coordinates where the top left image pixel is set when overlapping the clip.

Example:

image1 = [url removed, login to view]

start1 = 0.00

end1 = 12.43

x1 = 23

y1 =143

The variables are provided to the script as php values.
