AIM-Related Programs Needed! VB CODERS!

Well I need a PROFESSIONAL graphic artist that has lots of experience to fill in that WHOLE area with a nice looking design. That area has to look AMAZING because that is what will be catching the users eye right when they enter the website. I will need to designer to mock up at least 5 different designs for me to choose from. NOW TO THE PROGRAMMING NATURE: I will need the following programs made: 1. An IP Sniffer for AIM. I know theres a way to get an AIM users IP address without having them have to click on a link. I need the program to be able to type in the users screen name, and then click enter and it will retrieve the users IP somehow. (Not sure how to get the IP, but I know there's ways) 2. A program that register's AIM screen names. I need a program that has a textbox for the desired screen name, and the desired password. Then I will need the user to enter their email address. I will need the program to link into AIM's register page on their website and somehow link it to the program. So once a user types in their desired screen name and password, all they have to do is click enter and it will automatically register it. I will also need a few other options like make multiple screen names by just entering a certain keyword like "Mikey". It would then create as many screen names as the user wanted with Mikey in them (ie: Mikey20043884, Mikey18876544, etc) 3. SubProfile Spy program: I need this program to allow a user to view someone's SubProfile anonymously. This is pretty easy, all you need to have is an open area where it'll show their profile and have 2 text box's, one for the persons screen name and the other text box will have the desired name that will show in the Viewed Profile list for the person...Not too hard at all.. 4. Last, I will need a program that allows a user to talk to someone while they are offline. All you need to do is direct connect to someone and then sign offline and you can still talk to that person. This is pretty easy, you just need have a text box for the desired screen name you want to chat with offline, then when you click Talk offline, it will direct connect with them (a dialog box or something will show up while its waiting for the user to click ok), then it will sign them offline once the user connects....
