Better Facebook Group Finder

I am looking for a tool to be created that will allow for more detailed finding of Facebook groups. I require the tool to specify a minimum member count and then return the the group name, url of the group and the number of members.

Doing a bulk scrape of the facebook group database and returning the above results, then allowing keyword searching of data returned.

I require this tool to be cross platform (Mac or PC) compatible. So the solution should be based on Adobe Air or entirely web based. Note the Facebook group url should be returned in such a manner so that it is easily clickable to open in a web browser.
