A Full Auction Web Site using PHP or JSP.

I have a web site project that I would like to outsource through Rent a Coder. It is an auction web site to bring consumers and suppliers together over Internet. The site will be similar to the already existing auction web sites, such as eBay, and Rent a Coder. The consumers will be able post their requests for goods and services by providing a brief description, and a time frame. The suppliers will bid for these requests by giving a price quotation. Whenever the auction is over, the consumers will be allowed to choose a supplier based on the bid and the feedbacks about the supplier. For each auction, the customer will be encouraged to leave a feedback for the supplier as usual. We would like to organize these bid requests under different categories, similar to other auction web sites. This web site will also provide a supplier directory. In order to do that, during the user registration process, we also would like to organize the suppliers under different categories. We prefer to have the web site developed using PHP+Fusebox or JSP+Struts, the database that we are using is MySQL. When bidding for project, I would appreciate if you could also give me an estimate regarding how much time you would need to complete this project, and also a quick list of functionality that you are planing to implement. For your questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We prefer to have the web site developed using PHP+Fusebox or JSP+Struts, the database that we are using is MySQL.
