Create a database driven website using Microsoft technologies. Specifically, we will arrange for hosting of a database running Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or higher and a web server running Microsoft IIS. The web pages can use either ASP or ASP.NET to access the database.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) Search box, with the following optional filters: GenreName, FormatName, BitrateGroup, DrmName = "None" (this is filtered by default)
5) ("Top rated sites" on the mockup page is not a query - this will be edited by hand)
Other Reports
1) Site Report (include all the fields in Site Table)
2) Genre Report (complete list of all fields in Site Table which include a particular GenreName, with corresponding DRM graphic, sorted alphabetically)
3) Big List (complete list of all Site Table Records, sorted alphabetically)
4) Search Results (see search box on home page, sorted alphabetically)
Forms
1) Add a Site (enter all the fields in Site Table, with the ability to add new Genres, Formats & Bitrates on the fly) - this will be a private page
2) Change or Delete a Site (select a SiteName from a list) - this will be a private page
3) Update listing (select a SiteName from a list, add comments to a text box, send via email) - this will be a public page
