[url removed, login to view] offers online continuing education courses to dental professionals. The entire educational process takes place online. As a start-up company, coupon codes are used within marketing as an incentive to visit the Web site. The coupon code will automatically discount the cost of the course during the payment process. After payment, the course is then delivered to the participant's CE Space account in a PDF format. The coupon codes are created by making up a random code and associate it with a set discount amount, an initiation and expiration date, and apply to only one course title. The courses can be edited or deleted. PROJECT: Revise program so that the created couponcodes can be applied to ALL course titles. This will allow the ability for one code to be given to a group with many members or employees for a universal discount on all courses without having to give them multiple codes. Upon completion of the project, the program needs to be fully functional. The goal is to leave the option to assign a coupon code to a select course and add the assign it to ALL. The coupons should be able to edited or deleted. The ALL option needs to automatically apply to new courses as they are introduced to the library of courses. The payment process is contained within the Web site using a PayPal product. The process is secured using a Thawte security certificate. The programmer will need to finish the project in the agreed upon amount of time (flexible) and return correspondence within a timely manner. Any “downtime?? that is required of the site or any portion of will need to be identified and discussed in advance with an estimation of time.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
