Convert PDFs to php

I have roughly 3000 pdf files in my SQL database on my site. I have got an SQL file attached of 5 products (i exported them as .sql but i'm not sure how useful this is). The pdf files are saved as a 'longblob' and their attribute is binary. I need these files converted to mostly html so that they have the same content and are saved in the same place. But I will also give you some extra code in php, mainly 'include' functions so that the header will be included (therefore the final files will be php) I'm not sure what is needed for this job but you will get access details to the database and then it is up to you to get these files changed into the final php file and uploaded back onto the database so that they can be accessed properly. The files range from 20 to 600+ kbs and their total size is around 600mb. At the moment when you click on a product you go to the pdf which is from the database. But we want it so that this pdf is actually a php file so that it can link back to the home page and other pages. Feel free to ask questions.
