Conversion of existing tourism website to Joomla CMS

I want to convert [url removed, login to view] , a website i developed in html and has recently been recoded in php and html.....into a CMS using something like Joomla (of course, to keep it cheap).... What I need is: 1. A site analysis and suggested structure...the depth of the site is not that much but I have a lot of content and it can get confusing. Home page :: countries specific online travel guide, trips, resources, inquiry forms, etc... :: general resources on responsible travel :: other interesting features like destination specific galleries :: download section :: etc etc.... Check out the site, and find your own ideas..... To evaluate coders, I would prefer to have a short analysis of how one would structure the website, different modules, components......if you take one country and one feature and go in deep....how would you handle the front end.....would the pages be blogs, static, lists content items etc..... this gives me an idea that you know what you are talking about. Another thing is of course design...I am a designer myself and would probably suggest what I want the template to be like.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
