A company asked us a software (better if PHP+AJAX) for the management of assistance calls for other companies. Currently, all support calls are received via email, and are entered manually into a excel sheet (see Annex model).
The company now has grown and receives about 30 calls for assistance per day and is not possible for staff to update the excel sheet.
It therefore requires a control panel where employed of other companies can request assistance entering this through this panel (including screenshots, entering through username e password), and operators can respond through this panel, by signing with their username and password.

Is a little software, I'll expect a little price.
