**Confidential communication platform in companies and institutions**
1 Form that opens with simple link on website. The link goes to mailform placed on proxy anononymous server network or any other solution that provides anonymity to users.
2 Each mail-form opened receives a unique case number that shows in the heading of the mailform.
3 Mailform consists of
-a fixed introduction text
-name and address fields
-tick off box of whether user want to be anononymous
-if anonymous, name and adress fields closes
-tick off whether user is employee of company or institution
-then two fields which can be filled out by users:field for heading, and 6 line textfield that can expand.
4 When filled out form is sent to emailadress defined on admpanel.
5 Administrative panel, password protected, for easy change of introductory text, number of fields, adressees for the mailform, size of fields and passwords
6 On same server a simple page is created for each unique case number that is created when a mail form is opened. This page is password-protected with the same casenumber. Administrator and user with correct password can write on this page and thus communicate anonymously.
7 Administrator receives email notification with password when new text is entered into this page.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
