I want a website along the same lines as [[login to view URL]][1] but I don't want a copy this is just to give you an idea of what I want to acheive. I want the site to be for Sussex (A county on the south coast of england) I want it scripted in PHP using MySql as the backend. I require The Following... 1: Forum (Preferbly Simple Machines) 2: Chat Room (Preferbly FlashChat) 3: Profiles (Different to forum profiles) 4: Registration 5: Upload multiple pictures to profile 6: Any other small features you think it could use. 7: Administration I don't want the profiles or registration to be the ones that the forum uses. In other words I don't just want a site based around a forum. If you just use placeholder images for the layout for now then I can design the actual look afterwards. I think thats about it. I only have a budget of $100 unfortunately. Please let me know how you would implement all of this and maybe explain a few of the details.
