Code review of .NET 3.5 c# application

C#, XBAP, WPF, WCF, SQL 2005, and P2P based Open Source application (.NET v3.5 & VS 2008) whose source code needs to be scrutinized heavily. I would like some smart and experience developers to submit a code-review (document) reviewing the source and making recommendations concentrating on...

5) Error handling/System monitoring

Approximately 500,000 lines of code. Code review is a standard part of our methodology and many similar projects will be coming to RAC in the next few months. Winning bidders will get priority in future.

Please provide a paragraph describing your qualifications and capabilities and techniques and tools you will use for the project.

Please, remember this is an open source product. Budget for this project is highly restricted. You will be more or less doing this for the larger good of the community.

This is a code review project for software architects and/ or project leaders with extensive experience of source code quality assurance. Project doesn't involve any coding.
