Change picture in protected Word-document

**I'm looking for an experienced coder that can write a macro (or some other way) to change a picture in a protected Word-document. ** The Word-document is protected for lay-out changes. Users only can fill in certain fields. This has all been take care of, but there is 1 thing left: the picture. Pictures that are needed are in 1 specific directory. It needs to be possible for users to select a picture in this directory, which will then be put into the document in the correct place. I will provide you with the protected and unprotected document, aswell as some images so you can test and try. The protected parts are like a form, the picture will have to be next to it, not under or above. I will show an example upon request. So concluding: built me something to place a picture in a protected word document, without shutting the protection down. (It does not have to be a macro per se, if you can explain to me another solution that is suitable it's ok too.)
