Build Reciprocal Links ($ per reciprocal link)

We have an ongoing budget to market a fixed number of new web sites. As part of this exercise we are looking for people to help us build reciprocal links with other sites. We will provide, lists of sites, application software to allow you to register the reciprocal links, templated letters of introduction, etc We will pay you when the candidate site put's in place the reciprocal link back to our sites. We have budgeted for $1 per reciprocal link. This will be payable in units of 10 or more. eg. After you have ten reciprocal links in place back to our network of web sites we will pay $10 dollars, for 20 reciprocal links $20 dollars etc etc. We will only pay for links placed on the named sites we provide, additional sites will be considered but must be approved by ourselves first. (eg no porn/warez links will be allowed). We envisage providing lists of 20 candidate sites to each coder and this coder will have a maximum of 10 working days ie (two weeks) to return the reciprocal links after which the candidate sites will become eligible for allocation to another coder. Coders can request mutliple lists and we will escrow funds to cover this. No coder will be provided with list containing more than 100 candidate sites at any time. We expect this to be a recurring revenue stream for some coders. We expect the total amount of actual time spent to place reciprocal links with ten candidate sites to be between 1-2 hours although this may take place over a more prolonged period.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Delivery in blocks of 10, reciprocal links back to our network of web sites.
