Basic HTML/PHP site (ref. yurGH)

Hi all, I have a basic site that I need set up. You don't even need to put in the content, just build the home page and templates for the other pages (ie. build the pages with no content). Pages should use header and footer files (included), css for styles (ok to use tables). Contact page requires standard contact form as well as contact details. Attached is a PSD file that is almost correct. The yellow colours should all be that of the header colour and the boxes should line up at the bottom. Any questions - just ask. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
